Upon the request of TrailB, Customer shall promptly take all reasonable and proper actions, including, without limitation, the completion of forms, certificates and documents and the provision of information to the relevant taxing authority, of the kind required under the applicable Law.
NONDISCLOSURE OF CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION. Each party shall hold the Confidential Information of the other party in strict confidence and shall treat such Confidential Information with the same degree of care as it accords its own proprietary information of a similar nature, and in no event will it use less than reasonable care to protect such Confidential Information.
